The Glaslinn Ladies Choir has wound up a very successful choral year and is taking a short summer break.

2011-2012 was a very busy and enjoyable year for the Choir. It performed at 14 events over an eight month period, it hosted a very successful interchoral evening and it participated at Feis Maitiu.

In addition, the Choir was awarded a training bursary from the AOIC/Arts Council. The bursary was used to avail of vocal training sessions from Sonya Keogh, which were very beneficial and enjoyable.

Finally, the Choir welcomed eight new members which brings the total choir membership to over 30.

None of these achievements would have been possible without the hard work, dedication and patience of our director Antoinette Baker.
